Our Procurement
Procurement in dairy farming involves the systematic collection of raw milk from farmers or dairy cooperatives, ensuring quality and quantity standards are met. The process starts with farmers delivering milk to collection centers, where it undergoes initial quality checks for fat content, SNF (Solid Not Fat), and potential adulteration. The milk is then weighed, recorded, and stored in bulk cooling tanks to maintain freshness at 4°C. Efficient transportation logistics are employed to deliver the chilled milk to processing plants promptly, ensuring the supply chain remains uninterrupted and the milk retains its quality for further processing and distribution.
