Our Process

Dairy farming involves managing healthy, high-yielding cattle with proper nutrition, housing, and healthcare to ensure quality milk production. Milk is collected hygienically through manual or machine milking, quickly transported to chilling centers, and cooled to 4°C to preserve freshness. Quality tests are conducted for fat content, SNF, and microbial safety before processing, which includes pasteurization, homogenization, and cream adjustment. The milk is then packaged in sterilized containers and distributed through cold-chain logistics to retailers and customers. By-products like butter, ghee, paneer, yogurt, cheese, and ice cream are also produced, while sustainable practices like manure recycling and water conservation are implemented to minimize waste.
